Tanks: My Useless Perpective

My best friend asked me to write about tanks. Yes, the warmachines, not water tanks or.. reservoirs, for that matter. Tanks as in, those big metal polygons on treads with giant cannons. Do I know anything about tanks? No. Not at all really. But I can't disappoint my best bud so I'm gonna try my best to write something.

So, first of all, I hate war. Like I'd really rather there'd be no wars ever, and we didn't have to build such insane killing machines like tanky tonks. But.. I can't deny that I find them really cool. I always have. Not just tanks, I love the pure awesomeness of other warmachines like warships and fighter jets and attack helicopters too. And my friend especially likes them a lot. It's like, sure, almost invincible machines made for the express purpose of mass death and destruction is very scary, but if you think of them like really big toys they're fun to play with in your imagination and video games.

When I was a kid I had those plastic soldier playkits and I loved them to death. I would spend hours setting them up in various formations and just stare at how cool they were. Well, I still do have them, and I would still play with them, but uhh.. life's been hectic lately. Haven't had the time for such lighthearted play. Anyway, these playkits had a few tanks too and they were always my favorite part. They're so tanky and have such firepower that you can pretend they do a ton of damage before they get taken down. So fun!

Also, just a few years ago I played World of Tanks Blitz. Couldn't play World of Tanks or War Thunder cause well.. my computer, Numi, is an absolute potato girl (I love her btw). I like WoTB a lot. Like, it was pretty fun! When I was winning at least.. I used to play this heavy tank called Churchil something, it was sick af. I played tank destroyers too, and oh boy I enjoyed being almost invulnurable while penning the shiz out of everything in front of me.
